What primary services do you offer?
We are a Salon Spa, so we offer all Color services, male, female & kids Haircuts, Hair Extensions and Hair Braiding, Chemical services including Perms, Keratin treatments, Brazilian blowouts & the new Botox hair treatments. We offer Facials, Botox & Filler treatments, Bridal & Glam makeup, Body waxing & Spray tans. We also offer Eye lash extensions & Brow Tinting. Nearly every service EXCEPT massage and nails! But our esthetician does give the best hand/arm massages while your relaxing in our shampoo bowls!
How do I book an appointment if I'm a new client?
Each professional is an independent business. That means they handle their own scheduling, client list and pricing. The best way to schedule is to go to our "Our Team" page and find the professional that you would like and contact them directly. If you would prefer to call the salon and get a recommendation on who to schedule with based on your need, feel free! We are happy to help direct you to the right person. What are the rates of your services?
Each professional sets their own pricing, which can be found on their personal page. Go to "Our Team" and click on each link provided per person and they will have their services offered with pricing.
Do you offer Bridal Services?
Why, YES WE DO! We have a full breakdown of our bridal packages online. Go to the "Bridal" tab and everything will be listed there. Don't hesitate to reach out directly if you have any questions or concerns. I am more than happy to answer any questions.
Do you sell retail products?
Yes, we have a large retail station available. We mainly carry the Moroccan oil line but we do offer the Redkin Brews line for our male clients, Alurum, Its a 10 Coily products, and Malibu C. All purchases can be made in person, we currently do not offer online sales.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things come up and a last minute cancellation is unavoidable. But we do ask that a client provide us with 24 hour notice if possible. If you cancel multiple appointments within the 24 hour time frame then we can choose to require a card on file to secure your next appointment and you will be charged for the total amount of your scheduled service if you cancel last minute.
